AI in Antitrust and Data Privacy

This program examines the antitrust and data privacy issues associated with the rise of AI. Among other things, the program will examine the possible harms such as possible collusion and lack of privacy that result from misuse of AI, and the measures that U.S. and EU enforcers are taking to regulate AI without hindering innovation and competition.
