Michael R. Hogue maintains a multi-disciplinary construction practice providing representation to owners, developers, and major corporations in all aspects and phases of construction and project development in the real estate industry. Michael’s cross-disciplinary legal training provides a deeper understanding of his clients’ needs at all stages of the project development life cycle, from due diligence and initial design & construction contract negotiation to pre- and post-completion dispute resolution & litigation to bankruptcy restructurings and distressed asset dispositions. He also regularly advises developers and affiliated contractors on regulatory and licensing issues.

Finally, because of Michael’s deep technical experience with electronically stored information (“ESI”) and technology-assisted review (“TAR”), he serves as part of the firm’s eDiscovery and eRetention group. In this complementary role, Michael provides advice and support to clients regarding best practices for records management as well as eDiscovery representation in litigation in state and federal court.
