Session I - Women in Legal Leadership and the Future of Sustainable Success – Charlotte Smith
Too many brilliant women-in-law are stuck in survival mode—delivering excellence while silently burning out. Over 55% of law students are women, but only 28% become partners, and far fewer reach executive roles (ABA).
This session explores what it takes to lead with confidence, clarity, and sustainability in high-pressure legal environments. We’ll address burnout, imposter syndrome, executive presence, and the invisible penalties tied to caregiving and gender.
Participants will leave with practical tools to manage energy and time, strengthen leadership presence, and navigate their careers with intention. Whether your goal is to lead a team, launch something new, or thrive in your current role, this session will help you lead powerfully—without losing yourself.

Session II - Business Development & Strategic Growth for Women Attorneys – Patricia Gillette
Advancing in the legal profession requires more than legal expertise. Attorneys must have the ability to develop business and that requires skills that are not taught in law school. In this session we will discuss techniques and strategies for cultivating meaningful and lasting professional relationships based on a groundbreaking study identifying the personal traits of rainmakers. Attendees will hear from a successful rainmaker who will identify how to develop these traits and use them in networking, client development and branding. Whether you are an in-house attorney or in a firm, you will leave this session with practical tips on how to build a broad and enduring client base.

Session III - Financial Empowerment for Women in Law - Niraj Chhabra
Financial planning is different for men and women. Women often face the challenge of balancing career with family, historically have made less money and therefore earn less in social security, live longer, and are often the ones who care for aging parents. This seminar addresses these concerns and other potential financial concerns.
