Hot Topic: AI Initiatives in the U.S. Congress and the SEC

Hockey fans are no doubt familiar with the term "hat trick" - a phrase that applies when a player scores three goals in a game. Recently, a "hat trick" was scored by the United States Government in relation to artificial intelligence (AI). First, the ENFORCE Act was proposed by the House of Representatives. Second, the Senate released an AI Roadmap. And, lastly, the Securities and Exchange Commission adopted Final Rule related to Regulation S-P. The purpose of this webinar is to highlight the key aspects these initiatives, as well as discuss the first state law addressing AI, which recently passed and a recent HHS Final Rule.
