Program Summary

The term “nuclear verdicts” has become an increasingly common refrain in the legal community. Led by seasoned trial consultants, this CLE explores the events that have had a great impact on jury behavior in recent years. The session will also cover the elements that are common in cases that result in eight-figure verdicts, which are critical for litigators and in-house counsel to consider when bringing a case to trial.

Additionally, this program will equip attorneys with strategies to improve case outcomes.

This course is co-sponsored with myLawCLE.
