Brad Bonnell has 31 years of experience as an executive level safety and security director in the hospitality industry and 15 years of law enforcement experience as a criminal investigator at the local, state and federal levels.

Brad has a proven record of success developing, implementing and directing threat based intelligence-leading safety and security programs for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Extended Stay America Hotels. He played a key role in establishing the IHG Group Global Security Team delivering security capability to all levels of the business including 4,700 business units in over 100 countries. On behalf of the American Hotel Lodging Association (AHLA) Bonnell testified before a Congressional Subcommittee of the Department of Homeland Security concerning hotel security capability in the US following the terrorist attack against hotels in Mumbai.
