Vincent J. Nolan practices in the area of litigation, with a focus on complex civil litigation and domestic and international white-collar matters before the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, federal agencies and regulators, and state Attorneys General. He has advised clients seeking licenses from the Office of Foreign Assets Control and has also defended numerous Nasdaq delisting appeals. He has international expertise in the litigation and defense of blockchain and crypto enforcement matters, including blockchain tracing.

 

Mauro M. Wolfe | Duane Morris

Mauro Wolfe leads Duane Morris’ Digital Assets and Blockchain Group and supports over 50 attorneys in the practice. He is a former SEC enforcement attorney and a former federal prosecutor. With substantial expertise in the federal securities laws and substantial experience with technology, Mauro regularly advises domestic and global clients in highly complex crypto regulation and compliance, and cross-border matters.

 

Joseph E. Silvia | Duane Morris

Joe Silvia counsels financial institutions on M&A, AML, fintech, and regulatory compliance. A former counsel at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, he also chairs the ABA Banking Law Committee and teaches at Chicago-Kent.
