In this CLE, we will provide a primer on artificial intelligence in terms of its technology, the current laws regulating it, and the practical considerations in using AI in businesses and transactions. AI overlays on many different types of laws and regulations due to its impact on society and technology. In this seminar, we will focus on intellectual property and data privacy laws regulating artificial intelligence.
