Legal departments are increasingly under pressure to implement AI and show senior management that the legal department is innovative and able to gain efficiency through the use of AI. Many legal departments may not realize that they may already be using AI in eDiscovery. In this session, we will explore the essence of AI, its practical applications in eDiscovery, such as streamlining document search and retrieval, and its use in identifying privileges, highly confidential business information, and personal data. We will discuss other places in the eDiscovery process where AI may be leveraged in the future.
