Using Technology in Contract Drafting: Building a contracting database, latest contract management software, and contracting AI tools

In this session, participants will learn tips, tricks, and techniques for leveraging technology in contract drafting, including the latest artificial intelligence tools. Many of these tips can be implemented with no further expenditure of funds, using applications freely available. Primary goals will be to draft contracts more efficiently, without loss of quality or accuracy.
