Program Summary

Companies entrust their employees with the some of their most vital assets: confidential information and customer relationships. Noncompetes and other restrictive covenants can help prevent former employees and competitors from exploiting these assets. The legal landscape concerning these types of contractual provisions, however, is changing rapidly. In this conversation, in-house leaders and experienced business litigators will discuss what companies should consider when using restrictive covenants and how to navigate a shifting enforcement landscape.

Presented by The Federal Bar Association Annual Meeting & Convention 2025 sponsor Maslon LLC
