She was born in Montreal, Quebec Canada where she received her BA in Communications from McGill University and is past-president of the International Coach Federation, Colorado Chapter and has coaching certifications from the Coach Training Alliance, iSEI (Emotional Intelligence) The Neuroscience of Change and Conversational IntelligenceTM(CI-Q). She lives in Denver with her husband and two sons and enjoys mountain biking and traveling.
