In light of the Department of Homeland Security's recent announcement mandating alien registration for all noncitizens, this CLE program will equip immigration practitioners with the tools and knowledge necessary to interpret, implement, and advise clients on this sweeping regulatory change. We will explore the legal foundation for registration, compliance strategies for clients in various statuses, potential enforcement mechanisms, and due process implications.
