Litigation is known to be one of the most stressful professions. One common theme of that stress is aggressive opposing counsel. This course will seek to provide practical applications as to how to handle those difficult opposing counsel in various situations that occur in the litigation process, while remaining in the ethical boundaries and continuing to provide zealous advocacy for your client.
