This program will review what attorneys should look for when a new tax client comes in with an issue, and how to evaluate the various options and how best to resolve the client’s issue. Issues covered will include non-filers, bad tax assessments and tax debt resolution. The program will review pricing of services, and upfront consult and analysis, and how best to determine which of the many options are best for the client’s unique situation.
