It will cover how to use GenAI tools responsibly and wisely, with attention to ethical and practical considerations. The presenter will share specific GenAI tools used in their own legal research work and demonstrate how those same tools and techniques can be applied across various paralegal practices.
Participants will also learn the fundamentals of effective prompting, based on guidance from a Google Coursera course, and see real examples of how GenAI can assist with legal searches, drafting, and other paralegal tasks.
