Program Summary

We are at a challenging time in vendor contracting. Vendors are actively whittling away contractual protections and minimizing their liability, shifting substantial risk to their customers. Concurrently, customers are decreasing their use of valuable tools like RFPs, RFIs, and RFQ’s, which could increase the customer’s negotiating position, ensure competition among the respondents, and lead to better, more protective contracts.

This course is co-sponsored with myLawCLE.

Key topics to be discussed:

  • Focus on why these important tools are falling by the wayside
  • Discuss ways to economically and rapidly increase use of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
  • Understand the differences between and among these documents and how they are best used
  • Provide specific guidance and real-world examples of how to draft better RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
